The Kings
Head Inn is a 17th Century, former coaching inn, situated in the foothills
of the picturesque Quantock Hills, in the centre of the village of Cannington
4km West of Bridgwater. The interior is in Tudor style and the restaurant
is dated 1642. The food is of a high standard and reasonably priced
offering an All varied menu with a carvery. Comfortable en-suite bed
and breakfast accommodation is available and there is a beer garden
with skittle alley and a function room to suit 75 people. Awarded `Inn
of the Year 1999' with Les Routiers for outstanding quality, value and
hospitality. |

| Under new ownership since mid December 2006, we have built up a good reputation as a friendly, family pub and B&B. The licencees, Jane, Sally, Graham and son Daniel will give you the warmest of welcomes and do their best to make your visit an enjoyable one. Serving fine Beers and Wines along with good food, you are sure to find the right choice for your pallet. The Pub is open from 11.30am till late seven days a week. The Restaurant can be booked for parties of up to 25, while the Skittle Alley can be booked for parties of up to 100. Please see the menu page for details of the food we provide. | |
